These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ai Girlfriend GPT software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Service Overview

• Purpose: Create and manage AI influencer images via an online dashboard.
• Free Plan: One-time allocation of 3 credits (non-renewable).
• Pro Plan: $20/month via Stripe. Includes 20 credits/month until cancellation.
• No Rollover: Unused credits (including free credits) do not roll over to the next month.

3) Account & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information (name and email).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4) Payments & Subscriptions

• All subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds except where required by applicable law.
• Credits are consumed by image-generation actions. Unused credits are forfeited at cycle end.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, generate unlawful or abusive content, disrupt systems, or attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying technology.

6) Intellectual Property

• The Service (software, design, branding, and platform content) is owned by Ai Girlfriend GPT.
• You retain rights to AI-generated outputs you create, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

7) Data & Infrastructure

• User Data: We store user account information (name, email, subscription metadata) in secure databases.
• Hosting: The Service is operated on cloud-based servers.
• Workflows: Automated systems handle internal processes such as notifications and support.
• Frontend: The website is delivered through standard web hosting infrastructure.
• Payments: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds are provided except where required by law.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Girlfriend GPT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
